The development of DoCTER has been fully funded and supported by ICF. This interface makes the tool publicly available. While the scientific methods underlying DoCTER have been presented and validated in peer reviewed literature, ICF does not accept responsibility for the accuracy or interpretation of DoCTER output by users. Input files will be uploaded to a cloud server, processed, and the corresponding output files will be stored on a cloud server for a period of 10 days. ICF does not accept responsibility for the security of the stored output data.

Users interested in an overview of the underlying methods and statistical metrics may refer to the extensive literature on text analytics, including ICF’s own publications.
